Skiathos New Flights
For 2026 and 2027
As we head towards the summer season there’s news this week of new direct flights to Skiathos, some this year and some in 2027.
Skiathos from Germany
From mid-May until the end of October there are new direct Munich-Skiathos flights with Discover Airlines, a subsidiary of Lufthansa. They already operate a Frankfurt-Skiathos service. Eurowings may also be adding a Dusseldorf-Skiathos flight in 2027.
Skiathos from Austria
2026 will also see a new flight on Avanti Air from Klagenfurt in Austria, adding to flights from Vienna, Linz and Graz.
Skiathos from Scandinavia
Rønne in Denmark is added to the Nordic Leisure Group’s list of flights from Scandinavia to Skiathos, in addition to existing flights from Oslo, Stockholm, Gothenburg and Copenhagen. The Group is also extending the 2026 season by adding a week in both May and September.
Skiathos from the UK
The UK remains one of the biggest markets for holidays in Skiathos, with Jet2 operating flights from nine airports in 2026: London Stansted, Birmingham, Bristol, Newcastle, Leeds, Manchester, East Midlands, Gatwick and Luton. In 2027 they’ll be adding an extra route from Edinburgh. TUI Airways and easyJet also operate flights to Skiathos.
